Welcome to my wine blog. I thought it would be a good time to switch my, ahem, prolific facebook posts about wine to a blog format so the few friends I do have didn’t ‘unfriend’ me. So there is no confusion as to the terms I use, let it be known I will use WSET descriptors (Wine and Spirit Education Trust). So with that, sit back, relax and enjoy the wine – spit if you must.
